Itens de revisão (o que trocar e o que checar)

Com o intuito de desmistificar a manutenção automotiva e aumentar a sua tranquilidade na hora de revisar o carro, colocamos abaixo o que deve ser trocado (por prazo ou km percorrido) e o que deve ser checado e trocado apenas se estiver danificado:

  • Óleo e filtro de óleo do motor: Devem ser trocados conforme programa de manutenção contido no manual do proprietário ou serviços. Geralmente a cada 5 mil km para óleo mineral, 7 mil km para óleo semi-sintético e 10 mil km para óleo sintético ou idealmente a cada 6 meses (o que ocorrer primeiro). Importante: Nunca ultrapasse 12 meses sem efetuar a troca do óleo e filtro do motor.
  • Filtro de ar do motor: Trocar a cada 20 mil km.
  • Filtro de cabine (ar condicionado): Trocar a cada 10 mil km.
  • Filtro de combustível no exterior do tanque de combustível: Trocar a cada 20 mil km (checar a recomendação de troca da montadora para os filtros no interior do tanque).
  • Fluido de freio: A cada 2 anos.
  • Fluido do radiador: Conforme orientação da montadora.
  • Óleo do câmbio: Conforme orientação da montadora (para os casos em que a montadora não recomenda a troca do óleo do câmbio automático , nos da Help My Car recomendamos trocar a cada 50 mil km via sistema diálise / troca computadorizada de 100% do óleo).
  • Fluido de direção hidráulica: Conforme orientação da montadora ou quando o fluido estiver com muita impureza (pode-se testar comparando uma amostra do fluido velho vs fluido novo em uma folha de papel branco).
  • Velas de ignição: Conforme orientação da montadora (geralmente a cada 20~30 mil km para velas comuns e 60~80 mil km para velas especiais / iridium).
  • Cabo de velas: Conforme orientação da montadora ou quando apresentar problemas.
  • Correia dentada: Conforme orientação da montadora (geralmente a partir dos 50 mil km).
  • Correia de acessórios: Conforme orientação da montadora.
  • Amortecedores: Trocar conforme estado (quando apresentar vazamento, folga na haste, barulho ou perda de eficiência).
  • Molas: Trocar conforme estado (quando apresentarem “cansaço” como: elos batendo, altura abaixo da especificação, tricas ou quebras nos elos).
  • Pastilhas de freio: Trocar conforme estado (quando atingir a espessura minima de 2mm). Importante: Por se tratar de um item de segurança, realize um check-up nos freios a cada 10 mil km.
  • Discos de freio: Trocar conforme estado (a cada troca de pastilha deve ser checado se há deformação na área de contato com as pastilhas. Havendo deformação a correção pode ser feita de duas formas: 1- Substituindo os discos usados por novos. 2- Retificando os discos se ainda estiverem acima da especificação mínima de espessura, o que é gera uma economia vs a troca por peça nova.

Os demais itens como bateria, mangueiras, buchas, pivôs, braços oscilantes, batentes e outros devem ser trocados apenas quando apresentarem desgastes / danos.

É importante salientar que veículos que trafegam em regime de uso severo precisam antecipar a manutenção em 50% tanto para km rodados, quanto por tempo (o que ocorrer primeiro).
